There are no 1+0 and 1+1 flats in the project, which consists of 241 residences and 57 commercial units. In the project, 2+1 flats have a gross size of 117.76 to 122.88 square meters, 3+1s have a gross area of 150.76 square meters, and 4+1s have a gross size of 190.50 to 192.31 square meters.
The project, which has an investment size of 1.5 billion TL, is located 200 meters from the Airport-Metro line, which is under construction. In the project, which includes details that contribute to the budget of families thanks to the green building features designed with a sense of responsibility towards the world, the gray water used in the washbasins is purified and re-used in the toilets. In addition, rain water is collected and directed to garden irrigation. Aiming to use energy resources correctly, the project contributes to families' budgets by providing 40 percent energy savings with the underfloor heating system.
